Dizzying New Evidence In Human Evolution Provokes Debates: Fossils found over the past several decades have increasingly complicated our understanding of human evolution. New information coming out of the Rising Star dig includes the excavation of a second chamber with more Homo naledi individuals, the process of coming up with the recent date, and making a case for intentional “depositing” of bodies as the reason the fossils ended up in the two cave chambers.
